This project is a 172-unit, four-story apartment complex, built over two levels of parking (one subterranean and one street level). Building features include front desk reception lobby, travertine floor finish, Venetian plaster finish on columns and pilasters, and ceramic tile finish in the interior wall fountain. Exterior walls incorporate plaster finish and foam moldings. Units have private balconies with fancy wrought-iron railing, and are equipped with granite countertops and back splash on kitchens, porcelain tiles in full bathrooms, wood finish cabinets, melamine surfaces on interiors of walls and base cabinets, and high-end appliances. The amenities include a landscaped courtyard with swimming pool and jacuzzi, recreation room, TV room, and exercise room for the use of the tenants. The roof has a sun deck overlooking the beautiful Marina del Rey bay area.
