Project Manager
Sinanian Development, Inc. (Tarzana, CA) needs Project Manager:
Collaborates with preconstruction to prepare, review and monitor information and reports to all costs involved in developing the project’s budget. Develops an organizational and responsibilities matrix at the start of each project and determines the resources needed for the project. Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. Develops and completes monthly projected final cost report and labor cost report projects on time. Coordinates and delivers all requirements for subcontractors and suppliers to meet project schedules. Responsible for project administration and daily operations. Prepares and maintains the project schedule, milestone dates. Reviews with project staff each quarter and assigns responsibilities execution and follow-up plans. Ensures the project is constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality and schedule. Manages the subcontracting process, which includes holding initial scope review meetings, finalizing agreed price, developing subcontract scope of work, and issuing contracts to the subcontractors. Develops, implements and maintains the project safety program for a safe work environment. Overseas monthly payments to the trade contractors. Obtains necessary permits, approvals and other regulatory prerequisites. Assists with business development and participate in job interviews. Manages project performance and provides performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule. Participates in overall project commissioning and closeout. Salary Offered: $103,355.00 / year
Education Requirement: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related.
Experience Requirement: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager or related.
