Sinanian completed the Prohealth-Glendale Occupational Med. Clinic in August 2020. The project is a four story, 60 foot tall building to be used for general pharmacy/retail/food establishment on the ground floor and medical offices on the upper three floors. The 39,067-SF facility combines primary care, urgent care, occupational care, specialty clinics, imaging, lab(s), social services, a pharmacy, and sometimes even ambulatory surgery, all under one roof. The project also features a two-level subterranean garage, measuring 50,903 sq. ft. in total area.
