Sinanian completed construction of the Fulcher Apartments in North Hollywood, CA. The Fulcher Apartments consist of 28 2-bedroom units and 8 1-bedroom units totaling 36 units over 35,000-SF across 4 stories. On the roof level, there is a large roof deck surrounded by landscaped planters with panoramic views of the City. The building also offers 44 parking spaces in one level of subterranean parking.
