Sinanian completed the LADOT Bus Maintenance & CNG Fueling Facility in May 2020. The project is on a 2.2 acre site and provides parking, fueling, and maintenance for 70 DASH buses; staff and driver structured parking for 54 cars; and an 18,800 square foot, two-story Maintenance and Administration Building for the Los Angeles Department of Transportation. The facility is oriented to Commercial Street on the north with large windows looking into the conference room, training room, and maintenance bays and located just south of the 101 freeway and the Gold Line rail overpass. This project achieve a LEED Platinum rating.
