ENR California Best Project Award

Sinanian’s Marina Del Rey 44 Project won a 2021 Best Projects Award of Merit from Engineering News-Record in the Office/Retail/Mixed-Use category- ENR California Region. The project was featured in the October 4th issue of ENR California Northwest and then celebrated during the Best Projects Awards event Wednesday October 13th in Los Angeles. This challenging project spanned more than 10 acres on the waterfront. The new retail center boasts outdoor plazas, patio dining, all with a spectacular view of the marina. There are more than 90,000 square feet of retail/boutiques, restaurants, a bank, and marine office space. The project also involved the construction of a regional bike path along the water, 141 boat slips and 5 end ties, boat dry dock storage, boater restrooms with showers and laundry, and a boat retailer for boat parts, supplies and accessories.
