Construct an approximately 73,000 SF building that will house the culinary arts department and the campus bookstore together with site improvements. Major building components include various kitchen laboratory spaces, production kitchen areas, a kitchen demonstration lecture hall, a student dining hall, a faculty dining hall, a presentation dining room, extensive kitchen facilities, bookstore storage & merchandising areas, lecture classrooms and staff offices & support areas. Additional construction components include various exterior dining areas, a service yard, landscaping, a pedestrian bridge and walkways. This is a LEED project. |
